I don´t know what could I begin with... first of all I would like to express my gratitude to you and the company you represent for the support given during the past year, for being close in the moments when I needed it the most.

Soon I come to the end of my trial period, it´s incredible how time passes... I succeeded quite well to settle in the German Healthcare system and I like very much the order and the way of working of the German. I´m sure that in other countries, such as France or Italy, there is also qualitative medicine and the language is easier to learn, but I don´t think that such a good organization and integrity can be found somewhere else.

The accommodation to the new work was a little bit more difficult at the beginning, because it was a completely new environment for me, however I got used to it quite quickly.

We are very pleased with the clinic and the medical staff, we have learnt very much in this time and everything seems to become better and more exciting. We like our activity very much and we are happy to have the necessary conditions to practice medicine.

I would like to begin by thanking you and the company you represent for your help and your quick answers to all my concerns during our collaboration.

Mr. Mihály Totir wrote us that he would like to work as a resident doctor in Surgery, preferably from the autumn of 2008. In august we organized for him several interviews at the clinics which were interested in him and he was accepted by all of them, so he was to decide which was the most suitable for him. Shortly after the interview he sent the necessary documents to obtain the permit of free practice and since Oktober he started to work in a hospital located on the seaside of the North Sea, a region also known for its touristic atractions.

These are the testimonies of Mrs. Veronica V. who asked us not to reveal her identity:

Miss Makkai was working in a hospital in Baja, Hungary when she applied for a job in Germany. While the university, she was twice in Germany with scholarship besides that she had a few months practical experience in her field, so it was not difficult to find several hospitals interested in hiring her.

Mr. Maximilian Niculescu took part to the interviews organized in april 2008. As he had planned a holiday in Europe two weeks after the interview, he asked us to programme interviews with the potential employers by the time he was in Germany. We managed to comply with his request and he was accepted by a clinic in Rheinland Pfalz placed in the immediate proximity of the Nürburgring circuit, as a resident doctor in general surgery. Due to the fact that Mr. Niculescu’s wife was pregnant she was offered to give birth to her child in the same clinic and she was proposed to work as a resident doctor in gynaecology after the maternity leave.

Mrs. Leela Monti applied for a job in Germany in November 2007. In December 2007 we invited her to an interview where we were impressed by her qualities and her strong desire to get a job in Germany.

Mr. Cristian Baluta contacted us in April 2008 while he was near Frankfurt taking part to a German intensive language course due to which he managed to learn the German language in a very efficient way. So he had no difficulty to face the interviews that followed. One in the south of Bavaria and the other near Stuttgart. Mr. Baluta was accepted at both of the clinics and he chose the one in Bayern, near Bodensee.
